There was an old animation short of Cinderella with a white wig. There were other animated short stories in a VHS including Beauty & The Beast, and a cat & mouse story in a toy store, I believe. They were all non-Disney and it was very old. I’ve been looking for this for the longest time. If any of you know what I’m talking about, please let me know about the name of the VHS.

My new cat who adopted my son & I is fairly large & long (he’s 2-3 yrs. old), mostly black, some white, has green eyes, long thin tail, larger ears than my tabby had. His face is more square than pointed like a Siamese. But he’s a non-stop talker (& yowler, especially when he wants to go out-but waits for me to go w/him). He growls like a dog when hearing noises near the house. He’s very dedicated & wants to be near me almost all the time. He’ll sit & stay when I ask. Also, why does he knead & stick his nose into things he likes, like stuffed toys & blankets? When I imitate a bird – 2 whistles, he nudges me & meows back 3 "syllables", a bit bothered. I’d love to receive as much input as possible. I have some photos as well. Both my son & I love him to pieces & we know he feels the same towards us. Thanks a lot!

My cat just turned 1, and he’s very playful & hyperactive. He doesn’t like to play by himself & always wants me playing with him. He also has a short attention span. I’m trying to think of things we’ll both enjoy. He LOVES his laser light, but we get bored after a few minutes. I got him a remote-control mouse, and he loves it, but it loses its charge super-fast, and it doesn’t work on carpet. I have only a few square feet of non-carpeted area in my apartment. I know he’d love a fun remote-control ball or something. It’s hard to tell if they’ll work on carpet. Has anyone found a good remote-control cat toy that will work on carpet? Grendel and I would appreciate any advise you can give.
Like I said, we already have a laser. We actually have a few of them. Grendel LOVES them. However we get bored with them after awhile. I’m looking for a remote-control toy that works on carpet. Thx.
Thanks. I thought about a remote-control car if I can find one that’s small enough not to scare him & big enough to run on carpet. He has all kinds of feather & other toys. Nothing can hold his attention for more than a minute. His only interest in most toys is knocking them off furniture. (I line them up, and he has fun, but he won’t chase them once they’re down). R u sure the laser light is frustrating? He seems to go nuts over it. Anyway, we both have really short attention spans, so we need some new active toys. I know he loves his mouse……if only it held a charge & moved on carpet.

I had my cat 6 month. Im so use to having her. im in love to my sweet cat , she has become a big part of my family. she get in trouble some times. she tares the picture off the wall rarly but she use to do it a lot. my cat plays & nocks things over. but some times I spank her only in a way that I love her. I give my cat a can wet food every morning, she loves it. ENY ways I went to Petco In Eureka CA. to find my cat a toy little swing mouse & they want 10.99 it was made in china but wasent what I wanted. so I went to the doller tree & got a very nice mouse toy & she really likes it a lot. amazing doller tree & pecto diference.

My cat brings me stuff & leaves it by my side of the bed, usually at night. She’ll take plastic out of the garbage or paper that’s been left out & sometimes her toys will be left by my bed. I’ve woken up to find empty toilet paper rolls, plastic wrappers, lottery tickets, receipts & once I left money out & she brought it to my side of the bed.

Is this normal? Why does she do it?

I want to sell CAT toys.

According to the stuffed toys act, stuffed toys have to be registered and the registration number gets placed on the content label attached to the toy.

I’m going to be contacting the Department of Labor and Industry (Pennsylvania) on Monday to double check, but I was wondering if this applied to toys for felines.

I’m ready to start selling my cat toys and I want to comply as much as possible. From what I read, it costs per registration and then annually. That’s a lot of money!

My cat , i saved him a year ago from a friend who almost put him to sleep, born on christmas. Black and white american short hair, he acts like a dog… He eats my dogs food, sleep in my dogs bed, comes inside every night at exactly 9 p.m. To sleep with me. When i throw him a plush toy he rips it up, and i throw him a ball with a bell in it &he brings it back &HE HATES CATNIP?!?!

Is he like mental or something??

Here is the toy in question, Hartz Mini-Mice (link below). It doesn’t say anything about catnip on the package, but my cat really goes nuts for them, more so than she ever did with other toy mice that do have catnip in them, and they’re the cheapest ones at the store.

The only other thing I can figure is their size & the fact that they’re made with rabbit fur according to the package.
If that’s all it is, that’s ok with me but if its some kind of weird chemical they’re using I’d feel a little wary of that.

I rescued three kittens & I was playing with them & I threw a toy (a clear little plastic ball with ribbon & fake mice cut-outs inside) & the kitten was right there & it whacked him right in the nose. He fell over & cleaned his face & felt his nose. Literally 10 seconds later, he was playing & he was fine. But is he really okay? <3~

I have a kitten, 5 months old, whom I got when she was 6-7 weeks old. She wasn’t weaned well, and so started nursing on our male dog — in not the best way, see my earlier question below. (Her brother, whom my sister took, was nursing on her 4 year old male cat’s nipples, but eventually stopped, no harm done.) We need to stop this behavior, but we are dealing with a *cat* …they seem to do what they want if you’re not around to reprimand. And the dog could care less, so he doesn’t stop her.

I wonder if those stuffed fake mama cats would help to rid her of this behavior. Take a big floppy stuffed toy, put in a hot water bottle for heat and a small ticking clock for a heartbeat, and present to her. I know these are great for very young orphans, but I don’t know about a 5 month old cat with an already-ingrained habit.

Any ideas? Thank you!!!
