Christmas Cat Toy

It’s Christmas Eve and Santa has delivered a new Cat toy for Angel,Armand And Lola. In 15 minutes it has created quite a stir for the “kittens” * “Undercover Mouse” is the name of the toy. Merry Christmas to all the cats and their humans everywhere. Loving thoughts to all animals still homeless.

Cat toys you’ve bought or/and made?

Well, I’ve got a stray on my hands.
Seeing how Christmas is coming soon, I can’t just buy my dogs presents and not Chester Nester(the cat).
So I’m looking for fun cat toys. It’d be great if you’d share what you’ve bought or maybe something you’ve created(lets try to think beyond the normal feather toy, mouse, and plastic bell balls).
I don’t think she’s the box type either. No scratching posts or scratching involved toys, her previous owner had her declawed(which is just sad).

I just bought a toy for my cat. My dog is jealous. Any suggestions ?

The toy is a chickadee that makes chirping sounds like a real bird. The cats love it. It’s small and they can bat it around easily. The trouble is that my toy poodle is jealous and wants the toy but it would last about five minutes with her because stuffed toys, especially small ones go fast around her once she finds how they make their sounds and I’m afraid the electronic parts would hurt her if she got hold of them.

I originally got this toy for Christmas but it was chirping when I came home and they, the cats and dog started looking through the bags trying to find the bird.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to distract or pacify my dog ? I’ve already tried giving her one of new squeaky toys – it just doesn’t work .

My cat is really a dog…?

My cat , i saved him a year ago from a friend who almost put him to sleep, born on christmas. Black and white american short hair, he acts like a dog… He eats my dogs food, sleep in my dogs bed, comes inside every night at exactly 9 p.m. To sleep with me. When i throw him a plush toy he rips it up, and i throw him a ball with a bell in it &he brings it back &HE HATES CATNIP?!?!

Is he like mental or something??

Why does my cat make this meow sound when he has a soft toy in his mouth?

For Christmas I gave my cat a soft round ball with sparkling paper sticking out all around it. He loves this ball and bats it around the room all day. Then he holds it in his mouth and softly meows. He is obsessed with this ball. I’ve never seen him play so much with a toy before. I was wondering what that meow meant. Is my cat thinking he is holding a mouse in his mouth or maybe a kitten.

I know this seems really early but my relatives and parenst are already asking for a list. I’m at that stage where my parenst wont get me stuff like an ipad but I’m to old for toys and stuff. What should I get my cat and my dog for christmas?

My dog is very picky when it comes to stuffed animal toys. He has a bunch of them but he only plays with the porcupine one. And he already has a bed and hardly ever uses it. What should I get him (He’s 10years old and a West highland white terrier)
